Qualifications
3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML.
Deep understanding of Windows application architecture, including interop between managed and native code.
Strong experience with accessibility APIs and dedication to building inclusive software.
Proven track record of designing and shipping production-quality desktop applications.
Excellent software engineering fundamentals including OOP, data structures, algorithms.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications.
Define best practices for Windows desktop development across the codebase.
Drive accessibility efforts and validate support for accessibility APIs.
Collaborate with product designers and stakeholders for feature planning.
Take ownership of the full lifecycle of features.
