Job summary

Clutch Canada is seeking a Windows Application Developer to lead the design and development of native Windows desktop applications. In this role, you will define best practices, ensure quality and accessibility, and collaborate closely with product teams. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in Windows desktop development using C#, XAML, and a commitment to building inclusive software. The position offers a salary range of $140,000 to $200,000 USD per year plus bonuses and stock options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or similar).
• Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping production-quality desktop applications.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows.
