Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Windows Client Systems Engineer to maintain and enhance Windows desktop services, including deployment and packaging, for internal customers. The role requires hands-on work and collaboration with Security Compliance to meet security standards.

This position demands a current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a commitment to lifelong learning as we build secure, scalable solutions for US Government customers.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher, or Cloud+ / GICSP / SSCP certifications.
• 4+ years Windows OS experience including AD, DNS, DHCP, 802.1x, recovery.
• Current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Windows desktop services and deployment capabilities.
• Handle application packaging and deployment requests, including break/fix scenarios.
• Collaborate with Security Compliance to ensure desktop security posture.
• Develop automation and scripting to improve services.
• Provide escalation support and mentoring for junior team members.
