Job summary

Olympus Solutions, Inc. is seeking a senior Microsoft System Administrator to lead enterprise Windows Server, AD, and GPO efforts in a federal contracting environment.

You will design, deploy, and manage Azure resources, administer Entra ID, and oversee Teams video conferencing and streaming for high-visibility events. Strong PowerShell automation and proactive monitoring are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in senior Microsoft system administration roles.
• Extensive experience managing Windows Server, AD, GPO, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience with Azure services including Entra ID, VMs, storage, and networking.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance.
• Willingness for on-call or surge support and occasional on-site travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical lead for enterprise Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy administration.
• Design and implement advanced configurations, upgrades, and hardening for Microsoft environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams) for reliability and performance.
• Design, deploy, and manage Azure resources (VMs, storage, networking).
• Lead integration of Azure cloud services with on-premises systems.
• Architect and support Teams collaboration, conferencing, and streaming.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for provisioning and operations.
• Implement proactive monitoring to reduce incidents and improve service quality.
