Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking an experienced Windchill PLM Technical Architect to lead a 25+ person team for varied customer projects across PLM, data management, and networking systems.

The role requires strong customer liaison, project planning, and hands-on customization of Windchill 13.x, with proficiency in Java, XML, and Visio for process diagrams. Onsite in New York, with leadership responsibilities and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Windchill PLM with senior technical architecture focus.
• Experience leading large teams and guiding multiple customer projects.
• Strong interfacing with customers, requirements gathering, and go-live support.
• Proven ability to conduct reviews and generate senior-management reports.
• Knowledge of Windchill 13.0/13.1 customizations and PTC product suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 25+ person team across onsite and offshore resources.
• Interface with customers; coordinate requirements, status, and deployments.
• Develop project plans, effort estimates, and proposals (SoWs).
• Conduct regular status reviews and prepare management reports.
• Guide system design, upgrades, and Windchill customizations.
