Job summary

MasTec, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician II to perform advanced wind turbine maintenance and component exchanges. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain turbine systems, leading small teams on site and ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualified candidates have 2-4 years of wind turbine maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to travel as needed. Company benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and ESPP.

• Able to pass driver eligibility requirements
• Proactive safety mindset and strong teamwork

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in major component exchanges (gearboxes, generators, nacelle components)
• Troubleshoot and diagnose turbine systems
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on wind turbines
• Lead small teams or mentor technicians onsite
• Maintain accurate service records and part usage
• Participate in safety briefings and uphold zero-injury culture
