MasTec, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician III to oversee major wind turbine component exchanges and complex repairs on site. You will troubleshoot advanced issues, mentor junior technicians, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

The role requires 5+ years in wind turbine maintenance, strong leadership, and travel to various sites with a focus on zero-harm culture and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on wind turbine maintenance and component exchange experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or renewable energy degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different sites on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead major component exchanges (gearboxes, generators, electrical systems).
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on wind turbines.
• Enforce and model safety protocols on jobsites; lead on-site crews.
