Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Senior Wind Hub Technician to maintain turbine operation and support field activities at our Onshore wind sites. You will perform maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and safety checks under limited supervision, coordinating with the Hub Manager to meet contract requirements.

The role requires wind troubleshooting experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 100%. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 4+ years wind troubleshooting and 1 year in EHS/SQC/Lead role, or 5+ years wind troubleshooting.
• Associate’s/Bachelor’s in a technical field preferred; wind energy certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Work with Hub Manager to meet contractual obligations and site activities daily.
• Perform maintenance, repair or replacement of parts to correct malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on turbine systems.
• Support site operations with planning, scheduling, and customer service.
• Document work using service reporting procedures and coordinate with remote operations.
