Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or related field with 5+ years in wind energy supply chain.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of wind energy technologies and supply chain dynamics.
• Familiarity with regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Steer procurement process for wind energy projects from sourcing to contracting.
• Negotiate and monitor master service agreements and supplier contracts.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering, and internal teams to align procurement with schedules and budgets.
• Develop supplier relationships and conduct market research to stay ahead of trends.
• Identify procurement risks and implement cost-saving, quality, and delivery improvements.
• Prepare and lead price negotiations and maintain procurement documentation.
