This role offers a competitive compensation package including a salary range of $120,000–$145,000, along with relocation assistance, health benefits, and participation in an annual incentive program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience managing medium to large complex projects.
• Strong background in construction, infrastructure, energy or industrial project delivery (wind experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Understand and utilize Alliant Energy project management methodologies to achieve project objectives.
• Determine specific business needs, deliverables, costs, resources, and timelines.
• Manage applicable contracts, ensuring work is completed on schedule.
• Develop and execute communication and stakeholder management plans.
• Ensure training needs are met for project team members and users.
