Alliant Energy in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Wind Construction to lead the execution of major wind energy projects across Wisconsin and Minnesota. You will oversee projects from start to finish, managing construction, schedule, and budget while coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
You’ll have the flexibility to work from the office or home and travel to project sites as needed.

Join Alliant Energy as a Senior Project Manager – Wind Construction and lead the execution of major wind energy projects across Wisconsin and Minnesota. You’ll oversee projects from start to finish, managing complex construction efforts ranging from 150–300 MW and contributing to a $3–$4 billion renewable energy portfolio. While wind experience is a plus, we’re looking for a strong project leader who can successfully deliver large-scale construction, infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects—we can teach the wind side. $120,000-$145,000
This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
