Job summary

Amentum is seeking a WIDS Specialist Level III to provide technical leadership for Bastille WIDS operations supporting the Skywalker program. The role administers the Bastille WIDS platform, leads Monitoring & Response, analyzes wireless threats, and coordinates with Government stakeholders.

The position requires DoD/IC policy knowledge, RF theory expertise, and experience managing geographically dispersed teams. Travel worldwide may be required; TS/SCI w/Poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Bastille WIDS platform and wireless intrusion detection operations.
• Strong understanding of wireless protocols and RF theory.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating geographically dispersed personnel.
• Knowledge of DoD and IC policies governing WIDS operations.
• Ability to travel worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Bastille WIDS platform for enterprise operations.
• Lead Monitoring & Response activities to identify, investigate, and respond to wireless threats.
• Analyze RF activity and unauthorized wireless signals.
• Use wireless monitoring and direction-finding equipment to locate unauthorized devices.
• Develop and maintain WIDS procedures, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and engineering teams to resolve incidents.
• Supervise and mentor WIDS personnel, including distributed teams.
• Ensure WIDS operations comply with DoD/IC policies and procedures.
• Support deployments, readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
