Job summary

PNC seeks a Senior Security Specialist to lead the enterprise WIAM governance function, aligning policy, risk, controls and operations. You will drive proactive risk management and strengthen control effectiveness to position the organization for audit readiness.

Based across multiple U.S. locations (including Lakewood, CO, Pittsburgh, PA, and other cities), this senior role partners with IAM engineering, operations and business units to scale governance, measure maturity, and influence

Qualifications

8+ years in IAM, cybersecurity governance, risk, controls or related leadership roles.
Experience designing and scaling enterprise governance frameworks.
Strong understanding of control design, effectiveness testing and audit defense.
Ability to connect policy, risk and control execution across complex environments.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the WIAM governance framework to ensure policy alignment and operating model.
Establish and lead a centralized governance capability for IAM domains and processes.
Drive alignment of issues, risk, controls, policy with traceability and regulatory compliance.
Define and monitor governance KPIs, scorecards and maturity metrics, driving continuous improvement.
