Job summary

Spanx, Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Planner of Wholesale Planning to lead financial and brand strategies for our wholesale business. You will develop seasonal and long-term plans to optimize inventory and strengthen partnerships with key wholesale accounts.

Collaborate with Sales Managers and Merchandising to analyze retail trends and hit financial targets. This role requires in-office work Tuesdays through Thursdays at our Atlanta headquarters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant merchandise planning across wholesale and retail experience.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments, embrace new ideas and drive change.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities with cross-functional teams.
• Experience linking people and processes to improve outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own top-down and bottom-up planning for wholesale partners, including pre-season and in-season activities.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to forecast shipments and post-season analysis.
• Partner with Merchandising to manage inventory across styles for assigned partners.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate S&OP execution.
• Develop relationships across teams to maximize organizational benefits.
