Job summary

OSEA seeks a Senior Manager, Wholesale Operations on a contract basis to cover leave from Nov 2026 through May 2027. You will own account and SKU setup, retailer systems, order and inventory management, and coordinate cross-functional execution with Ulta, Nordstrom, and specialty accounts.

You will serve as the primary liaison across Wholesale, Operations, Finance, and Marketing, managing product lifecycle changes, retailer portals, and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or retail operations.
• Experience with major beauty retailers and vendor portals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines.
• Experience with ERP, ecommerce platforms, and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison across Wholesale, Operations & Fulfillment, Finance, and Trade/Brand Marketing.
• Lead product lifecycle changes including launches, pricing changes, reformulations, and discontinuations; manage timelines in Asana.
• Set up new accounts and SKUs in NetSuite and Shopify; ensure accurate item data across partners.
• Own retailer portals and data; ensure accuracy and compliance with retailer requirements.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Account Managers to manage retailer PDPs and wholesale asset portal content.
• Oversee end-to-end order management; communicate stock updates and resolve adjustments.
• Resolve EDI and SPS item errors; maintain retailer cross-references.
• Create Wholesale GWP SKUs and coordinate sampling ahead of bulk inventory.
• Lead projects like subscriptions and wholesale portal updates.
• Monitor ratings and reviews and share insights with teams.
• Manage recurring wholesale vendor charges and reconciliation with Finance.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues; document SOPs and build scalable workflows.
• Build strong relationships with internal and retail partners.
