Job summary

OSEA seeks a Senior Manager, Wholesale Operations (Contract) to cover leave from November 2026 through May 2027. You will manage account and SKU setup, retailer systems, orders and inventory, and cross-functional collaboration with Ulta, Nordstrom, and specialty/international accounts.

You will oversee timelines, data accuracy, and communication across Wholesale, Operations, Finance, and Trade/Brand Marketing, ensuring smooth workflows and scalable processes in a fast-growing beauty brand.

Qualifications

• Experience with major beauty retailers and their vendor portals.
• Ability to manage timelines and cross-functional workflows.
• Proficiency in ERP and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day liaison across Wholesale, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Lead product lifecycle and pricing changes with timelines and tracking in Asana.
• Own retailer portals and systems for accurate data and compliance.
• Manage order lifecycle, inventory, and backorders with retailers like Ulta and Nordstrom.
• Oversee setup of wholesale GWP SKUs and sampling processes.
• Coordinate sustainability/compliance programs with partners.
