Job summary

Rhone, based in Stamford, CT, seeks a Manager of Wholesale Merchandising to optimize assortments across wholesale accounts and manage the SanMar relationship. The role requires strong analytics, Excel expertise, and a passion for apparel.

You will build programs, translate strategy into merchandising plans, and collaborate with Sales, Planning and Merchandising to drive revenue and brand elevation in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a deep interest in wholesale merchandising/buying and a passion for product.
• 4-5 years minimum of corporate merchandising experience.
• Wholesale or major account experience in apparel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build seasonal wholesale assortments by channel and tier.
• Translate account strategy into merchandising plans.
• Analyze sell-through and market trends to inform buys.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning and Sales on product flow.
• Lead SanMar product team; manage catalog and updates.
• Develop account-specific assortment recommendations.
• Present assortment strategy to leadership and partners.
• Monitor competitive landscape and channel trends.
• Support line reviews and linesheet coordination.
• Determine buy depth with Planning and Allocation.
