Job summary

Rhone Apparel, Inc in Stamford, CT is seeking a Manager, People & Culture Business Partner - Retail to serve as a strategic partner to field leadership. You will drive engagement, talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations across our multi-unit retail organization.

You will partner with regional and district leaders, analyze workforce data, coach leaders on performance, manage leadership development, and help hiring strategies to ensure stores are staffed with qualified talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience with multi-unit retail.
• Strong employee relations and investigation experience.
• Ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels.
• Experience using workforce metrics for decision-making.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Strong analytic, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% within markets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and district leaders to support people strategies and sales objectives.
• Analyze workforce metrics and maintain dashboards to inform staffing and development.
• Assess talent risks and support workforce transitions and organizational changes.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Coach leaders on performance management and succession planning.
• Support hiring strategies and workforce planning to ensure staffing.
• Foster an inclusive, engaging culture and support retention.
