Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal business reports.
• Maintain productivity reports and merchandising performance trackers.
• Analyze product, style, category, and customer performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources for business reviews and decision-making.
• Develop presentations, reporting tools, and business recaps for internal and customer meetings.
• Support assortment planning and seasonal line review processes.
• Prepare assortment analyses and product recommendations.
• Maintain line plans, product matrices, category tracking documents, and assortment tools.
• Assist with product selection, assortment changes, and seasonal transitions.
• Track assortment decisions and execution across functional teams.
• Compile competitive insights, trend information, and market research.
• Own merchandising spreadsheets, assortment templates, line review documents, item tracking tools, and reporting files.
• Coordinate information and follow-up actions across Sales, Planning, Product Development, Sourcing, Licensing, Operations, and Digital Teams.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Prepare materials for line reviews, seasonal meetings, and business presentations.
• Support seasonal initiatives and customer programs.
• Resolve issues related to product information, assortment updates, and merchandising processes.
• Maintain merchandising calendars and seasonal workflows.
• Organize and distribute reporting and presentation materials.
• Document assortment decisions, action items, and business updates.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Provide recommendations and insights supporting business decisions.
• Improve reporting tools, processes, and merchandising workflows.
