Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations (e.g., Clean Water Act, MassDEP).
• Ability to analyze environmental data and prepare technical reports and permit applications.
• Experience coordinating field investigations with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conducts field investigations and leads data gathering for environmental assessments.
• Develops methodologies for fieldwork and sets up equipment to collect data.
• Prepares data analyses, maps, and reports to support environmental findings.
• Reviews technical reports and plans for environmental permitting and mitigation.
• Leads or supports authoring of project reports and regulatory submissions.
• Provides technical support to project managers during construction and permitting phases.
• Supports client meetings and coordination with regulatory agencies.
