Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science, Archeology, Anthropology or related field with 4 years relevant experience, or a Master's with 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations including the Clean Water Act.
• Experience leading wetland delineations and regulatory coordination on infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads wetland delineations and ecological field studies for transportation projects.
• Performs environmental permitting and mitigation planning.
• Author reports, permits, and regulatory correspondence.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary project teams and clients.
• Supports project managers with scientific guidance during construction.
