Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Senior Engineer for ID1 ATE - WP PROCESS to lead wet process characterization and advanced development for DRAM modules. You will own process modules, coordinate with R&D, TD, and yield teams, and drive improvements in yield, quality, and cost.

The role requires hands-on wet process expertise, strong problem solving, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing environment. A relevant bachelor's degree is required.

• Wet process development to improve manufacturing performance.
• Qualifying new tools and process consumables to support yield improvement and cost objectives.
• Maintains ownership of wet process flows, Including SPC, recipe optimization and process stability monitoring.
• Tool and process conversion qualifications with cross-functional collaboration.
• Disciplined process control and adherence to manufacturing standards.

Responsabilidades

• Start up, develop, and optimize wet processes for DRAM.
• Own wet process module characterization and advanced process development.
• Collaborate with R&D, TD, HVM equipment engineers, integrations and yield engineers to resolve issues.
• Drive yield, defectivity, production, and cost improvements through projects.
