Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, ID is seeking a Senior Wet Etch Process Engineer to start up, develop, and optimize wet etch processes.

You will work with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, yield, and cost efficiency while applying AI/data-driven insights for process monitoring and decision making. The role requires strong process knowledge, DRAM development and manufacturing experience, and willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience as Process Owner within Wet Etch.
• BS or Masters in Engineering, or equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+ years in industry.

Responsibilities

• Start up, develop, and optimize wet etch processes to improve product quality and yield.
• Collaborate with equipment and integrations engineers to resolve production issues.
• Use project management to meet milestones that close yield, defectivity, production, and cost gaps.
• Drive improvements across SPC charts owned by the engineer.
