Micron Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Wet Etch Process Engineer in Boise, ID to start up, develop, and optimize DRAM wet-etch processes and drive yield improvements while reducing costs.

You will work with multi-functional teams and apply AI/LLM tools for defect analysis and process monitoring to enhance manufacturing performance. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, collaboration, and willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training.

Competenze

• 2+ years of industry experience as Process Owner within Wet Etch.
• BS or Masters in Engineering or equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+yr industry experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes.

Mansioni

• Start up, develop, and optimize wet etch processes to improve product quality and yield.
• Drive process yield improvements, cost reduction, productivity improvements, and risk management.
• Resolve manufacturing line problems with multi-functional teams.
• Leverage AI/LLM/automation tools for defect analysis, yield optimization, trend detection, and reporting efficiency.
• Use SPC charts to drive improvements across processes under your ownership.
