Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with Operations Superintendent and Engineering on well work operations
• Supervise and assist Workover Superintendent on all field engineering operations
• Review and approve invoices
• Suggest cost-control opportunities
• Coordinate with Field Operations Team on projects and daily operations
• Communicate with stakeholders openly and honestly
• Manage wellsite contractors
• Coordinate with regulatory department
• Develop synergies and shared responsibilities
• Supervise contract crews and report spills or safety hazards
• Train others in job duties
• Location preparation and coordination for well work operations
