Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Healthcare, geriatrics, or elder care experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• LPN/RN with at least 2 years related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day care staff in assisted living and memory care, ensuring residents receive care and personalized assistance.
• Lead coaching and support to care staff; participate in hiring, firing and disciplinary decisions.
• Complete staff schedules, ensure adequate coverage, and manage monthly staffing changes.
• Monitor care standards (1440 care standards) and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Conduct daily rounds to verify staff performance and alignment with task sheets.
• Coordinate safety, infection control checks, and training programs (Relias) for staff.
• Respond to emergencies and be available for on-call and weekend shifts.
• Contribute to continual improvement of the organization and participate in community functions.
