Job summary

Feeding Tampa Bay is seeking a Manager for the s’well program to lead day-to-day operations, drive strategic growth, and supervise s'well Navigators. The role focuses on addressing senior food insecurity, coordinating services with Empowerment Center and Community Place, and expanding educational offerings.

The position requires strong leadership, program management, and cross-functional communication skills, with a commitment to compassionate community support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 4+ years in social work or related field.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly over the phone and in person.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive program expansion by identifying needs within the local senior community.
• Coordinate connections between Empowerment Center services and Community Place resources.
• Lead annual program enrollment from development to execution.
• Oversee logistics and communications for partner classes.
• Develop and facilitate senior-focused educational classes.
• Ensure smooth on-site flow and accurate client records.
