Job summary

Feeding Tampa Bay in Causeway Center, Florida, is seeking a Manager for the s’well program to lead day-to-day operations and strategic growth, supervising Navigators and coordinating cross-functional teams to expand senior wellness services.

You will oversee enrollment, partnerships, data records, and program quality while maintaining exceptional service to Neighbors and volunteers within a large 10-county area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years’ experience in social work, human services, counseling, public health, case management, or other relevant field
• Experience supervising a team
• Customer Service Experience a Plus
• Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and training to program staff fostering a collaborative and empathetic team culture
• Support Neighbor Services leadership in the strategic growth of Feeding Tampa Bay’s senior specific programming
• Serve as the primary ambassador for the s’well program and communicate with Neighbor Food Programs Manager regularly for day to day operations
• Recruit and proactively seek off-site referral partners as needed for s’well+ program
• Ensure the s’well email, phone line, and voicemail, ensuring enrolled seniors receive accurate and timely updates
• Collaborate with internal teams and partner agencies to ensure coordinated care
• Stay informed about community resources and services; update the NS Resource Database as needed
