Job summary

YMCA of the Suncoast seeks a Senior Executive of Health and Wellness to lead the association's health initiatives, manage programming, and drive strategies that promote wellness and improve member engagement. Reporting to the Senior Vice President/COO, you will direct staff, partnerships, and community outreach to advance the YMCA’s health priorities.

This role requires extensive travel, oversight of budgets, and collaboration with local health care providers to deliver high-quality programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; exercise physiology, health education, health behavior or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in program management in wellness or public health; YMCA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health and wellness programming across the association to meet strategic goals.
• Lead staff development, partnerships with health care systems, and community outreach.
• Drive member engagement and retention through high-quality health programming.
• Partner with branches to execute wellness strategies and track key metrics.
