Qualifications

• Ability to translate market needs and customer insight into product direction.

Responsibilities

• Shape wellness product strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional product development and execution across sales, marketing, partnerships, underwriting, finance, and product.
• Integrate voice-of-customer, field feedback, and market insights into prioritization and positioning.
• Define clear wellness value propositions and market-facing materials.
• Track engagement, adoption, and business impact to guide lifecycle decisions.
