Responsibilities

• Shape Wellness Product Strategy to inform roadmap and growth.
• Drive cross-functional product development with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Partners.
• Lead market and customer insight integration across the portfolio.
• Support market positioning and field enablement with clear messaging.
• Maintain product performance insights and portfolio roadmap.
• Advise on lifecycle management including sunset decisions where applicable.
