AgeWell Solvere Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support Residents under the Wellness Director and Manager. You will provide daily living assistance, monitor health changes, and maintain accurate records in a supportive, inclusive environment.

The role requires compassion for seniors, ability to handle physical tasks, and collaboration with a caring team. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Formación

• Current State Nurse’s Aide registration preferred but NOT REQUIRED.
• Experience and passion in working with seniors.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Able to maintain positive working relationships with Residents, families, peers, and staff.
• Good health and free of communicable diseases.

Responsabilidades

• Assists Residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting and mobility.
• Reports changes in health to Wellness Director immediately.
• Maintains inventory of medical supplies and assists with ordering.
• Helps arrange shift coverage when callouts occur.
• Orients and on-boards new Wellness Associates.
• Responds to emergencies with first-aid and medical follow-up as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in Residents' units.
• Attends to Resident needs and meals as assigned.
• Participates in in-service education (min 6 hours/year).
