Menno Haven in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Wellness Assistant to support planning, delivering, and coordinating wellness programs for residents. The role maintains wellness centers and equipment, ensuring safety and quality of service in a thriving senior community.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2+ years in wellness or related settings, strong communication, and CPR/First Aid certification. A valid driver’s license and EHR experience are required or preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ wellness or related settings preferred.
• Experience with senior population preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with the team.
• Computer proficiency including MS Office and EHR.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Lifeguard certification preferred.
• AFAP or fitness certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, implementing and delivery of wellness programs.
• Maintain wellness centers and equipment.
• Coordinate with residents, volunteers and staff to promote healthy lifestyles.
• Assist with safety and compliance in wellness activities.
