Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks an Activities Coordinator to join the PACE Interdisciplinary Team. You will design, implement, and oversee activities addressing physical, cognitive, social, spiritual, and well-being needs of PACE participants.

Role involves using arts, animals, sports, dance, music, and community outings, with possible remote activity options and adherence to program guidelines. 1 year in social/recreational settings and a 36-hour Activity Leader course are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee a variety of engaging activities for PACE participants.
• Coordinate care activities with the IDT and ensure adherence to program guidelines.
