Job summary

Republic Services seeks a Well Engineering Manager to lead deep well development and evaluation on current and future assets. You will provide technical support for injection wells, monitor performance, and coordinate with business development on subsurface evaluations and acquisition strategies.

You will manage multiple capital projects with minimal supervision, develop operational manuals, and advance safety and environmental safeguards across class 1 and 2 wells, while guiding

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in chemical, mechanical, or petroleum disciplines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with injection wells and oil/gas operations is a plus.
• familiarity with pressure transient analysis and reservoir/well modeling is advantageous.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects and coordinate vendors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain performance of injection wells and related assets.
• Evaluate well performance, design remediation, and coordinate workovers.
• Develop and maintain injection well database.
• Coordinate with business development on subsurface evaluations and due diligence strategies.
• Manage multiple capital projects with minimal supervision.
• Develop operation manuals and best practices for class 1 and 2 wells.
• Provide engineering support to operations including troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with departments on budgets and vendor selection.
• Ensure safety and environmental safeguards; perform other duties as assigned.
