Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of welding engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with robotic welding systems and automated welding technologies.
• Strong knowledge of welding codes, AWS, ASME, and ISO standards.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and resistance welding; ability to read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize welding processes to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement welding procedures and techniques in line with industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot welding issues.
