Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Certified Welding Inspector III to lead welding quality programs across projects. You will supervise CWIs and Inspectors, review WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications, and validate procedures to ensure compliance with codes and project requirements.

The role requires AWS SCWI or CWI with 8+ years of leadership experience, with extensive knowledge of D1.1/D1.5/D1.8, ASME IX, and API 1104. Travel to field sites is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Lead welding inspection programs across projects.
• Strong ability to review and approve welding procedure changes.
• Hands-on experience coordinating CWIs and inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and approve welding quality plans, procedures, and NDT procedures.
• Supervise CWIs and Welding Inspectors across projects and review reports.
• Audit fabricators and erectors' welding quality systems andResolve disputed indications with engineers.
