Hubbell Incorporated's Connectors Location is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer (Welding & Automation) to support development, optimization, and sustainment of manufacturing processes in a high-mix/low-volume production environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
6+ years supporting shop-floor operations in manufacturing.
Experience with welding, grinding, and robotic automation.
Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) and reading drawings.
Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and capital project support.

Responsibilities

Lead development, improvement, and standardization of welding, grinding, and automation processes.
Own design and optimization of automated systems, including robotic welding cells.
Provide technical leadership to improve cycle time, OEE, and quality.
Monitor shop-floor performance and troubleshoot equipment for downtime reduction.
Develop documentation, PFMEAs, control plans, and support capital projects.
