Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 6-10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) is required.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Analyze workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow to optimize production.
• Collaborate with design staff to ensure manufacturability of products.
• Prepare CAD drawings and coordinate tool/fixture development.
• Work with vendors to select equipment and material specifications.
• Estimate production times, staffing needs, and costs for management decisions.
