Cummins Inc. is seeking a Skilled Technician for its York, SC manufacturing facility. You will weld rear axles, perform assembly and align with process instructions while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include collaborating with team members, operating forklifts and pneumatic tools, supporting maintenance, and contributing to continuous improvement projects within a busy production line.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required to meet regulatory basics.
• Licensing for export controls or sanctions may be required.
• Forklift experience preferred; familiarity with pneumatic tools and hoists is a plus.
• Hands-on welding/assembly experience is desirable for axle work.

• Adhere to work instructions and complete quality checks per plans.
• Attend site CI efforts and participate in PIE events.
• Contribute to maintenance and material handling of rear axles.
• Train and support other welders as needed.
