Cummins-Wagner Co. Inc. is a 100% employee-owned company based in West Chester, PA. We are seeking a Production Assembler to build pump skid packages per blueprints with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include reading instructions, assembling parts, using hand and power tools, performing hydro/pneumatic testing, and maintaining a clean work area while meeting daily production targets. Prior assembly experience and basic mechanical aptitude are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity essential.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools experience.
• Willingness to learn MIG welding and rigging practices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Inspect assembled products for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Operate hand and power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
• Perform hydro/pneumatic testing after assembly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
