Zusammenfassung

FleetPride, the largest after-market distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S., is seeking an Assembler to join the production line. You will assemble axles and related components, verify dimensions with calipers and gauges, and ensure on-specification quality in a safe, timely manner.

Candidates should have at least one year of warehouse experience, be able to read build tickets, lift up to 90 lbs, and be willing to work overtime.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of general warehouse experience.
• Experience machining and using measuring tools required.
• Able to read build tickets to assemble finished products.

Aufgaben

• Check specs and load/unload production lines.
• Utilize calipers, micrometers and gauges to inspect parts.
• Perform 100% manual inspection of components.
• Make necessary offsets and adjust tooling as needed.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow 5S practices.
• Understand product through the process to ensure quality.
• Work overtime when required and maintain attendance.
