Job summary

Alliance Machine Systems International, LLC is seeking a Welder Fabricator Level 3 for an onsite role in Spokane, WA. The successful candidate will read blueprints, cut, weld, buff and assemble mainframes and large components to AMSI specifications.

Position requires adherence to safety rules, ability to work with hand, power and measuring tools, and participation in lean projects. Training for lower level welders is offered, with opportunities for growth within the product lines.

Qualifications

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Read written and verbal instructions for tasks.
• Build, cut and weld parts to blueprints and AMSI specs.
• Operate welding tools and measuring devices with accuracy.
• Participate in lean projects and team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Independently build mainframes and large assemblies per blueprints.
• Measure, level and align components to close tolerances.
• Document quality and production steps for traceability.
• Understand the ECR process and engineering changes.
• Demonstrate basic rigging using weights and pick points.
• Train junior welders on shop practices and tools.
• Inspect incoming materials against specs for fabrication.
