Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Senior Welder for the 1st shift to weld large and small weldments and ensure parts meet blueprint specifications. The role requires reading blueprints, precise measurement, and passing a weld test.

Candidates should have experience with fabrication and be able to lay out parts to meet production schedules. Responsibilities include operating measurement tools, using overhead cranes, and handling steel, with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Ability to measure using fractions and decimals.
• Proficiency with measurement tools (square, calipers, tape measure).
• Willingness to pass a weld test.

Senior Welder-1st Shift Position with Excellent Benefits/Competitive Compensation Structure!

The Senior Welder will be responsible for welding large and small weldments.

Must be able to lay out parts and fabricate as needed, read prints, and pass a weld test.

Produce all parts as per blueprint requirements in a timely manner to meet production schedule.

Position Responsibilities:

• 2+ years of experience in welding in a Manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Proficient in measuring and calculating fractions and decimals.
• Must be able to utilize various measurement tools, including but not limited to square, angle square, calipers, and tape measure.
• Use of wrenches, air tools, handheld grinders, overhead cranes, steel handling, and frequent lifting required.

Requirements

• -2+ years of experience of Welding and Fabrication experience.
• -Manufacturing industry experience.
