Job summary

WSB Solutions is hiring for Junior and Senior Welders to join our manufacturing and fabrication team in a first-shift role. We offer competitive pay based on experience and overtime opportunities, with weekly pay.

Entry-level applicants are welcome as we support skill development while experienced welders can contribute immediately. Responsibilities include MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding, reading blueprints, fabricating components, inspecting welds, and maintaining a safe, organized work

Qualifications

• Hands-on welding experience across MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core processes.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Strong fabrication skills and attention to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding based on production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Assemble and fabricate metal components according to specifications.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
• Operate welding equipment and fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Assist with additional manufacturing tasks as needed.
• Senior Welders may mentor less experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding based on production requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Assemble and fabricate metal components according to specifications
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Operate welding equipment and fabrication tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies
• Assist with additional manufacturing and fabrication tasks as needed
• Senior Welders may assist with complex fabrication projects, troubleshooting, and mentoring less experienced team members
  Junior Welder
• Previous welding experience through employment, vocational training, certification, or apprenticeship preferred
• Basic understanding of welding techniques and fabrication processes
• Ability to read measuring tools and follow work instructions
• Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  Senior Welder
• Several years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience required
• Proficiency with MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux-Core welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
