Job summary
Natera is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for Lab Production Support within the Data Science Production Engineering (DSPE) team. You will provide critical data analytics support to lab production operations, driving timely insights and data-driven decisions to improve patient results turnaround times.
The role includes working on weekend rotation schedules, applying statistics to complex datasets, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with Lab Operations and Product teams to enhance production
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in data analytics.
- Experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., CLIA/FDA) and production support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver timely data support to Lab Operations and unblock production issues.
- Apply statistical techniques to diagnose operational issues and support data-driven decisions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, identify trends, and communicate findings.
- Design automated solutions for recurring data analysis workflows to improve efficiency.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data to support lab production operations and business decisions.
- Document analytical processes and best practices for knowledge transfer.
