Job summary

City of New York is seeking a WebSphere Administrator to support production maintenance and phased rollout of the HR/Payroll systems for HR/Payroll operations. You will install, maintain, and configure middleware infrastructure including IBM WebSphere, MQ, and Cognos, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable citywide applications.

The role requires 5+ years in middleware administration, experience with Git/Ansible, and familiarity with CI/CD tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of Middleware Administration experience with IBM WebSphere.
Experience with server configurations and CI/CD tools is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work nights/weekends if required.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and configure middleware infrastructure (WebSphere, MQ, Cognos).
