You will lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize content and user experience, with a focus on measurable results.

Ideal candidates have a strong CMS (Sitecore), HTML/CSS, and Google Analytics background, plus the ability to translate technical topics for business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
• Proficient in CMS (Sitecore) and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Responsibilities

• Web Content Management: Collaborate with business units to modify content on public and private websites using Sitecore.
• Analytics: Run GA, CMS and Forms reports; analyze data to improve engagement, SEO/SEM, and campaigns.
• SEO/Paid Ads: Support paid search/social campaigns; research and implement SEO/SEM best practices.
• Strategy: Perform web competitor analysis, IA strategy, personalization, form logic, UX best practices.
