Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Senior Program Manager to orchestrate Harvey's web experiences, aligning brand, product, and GTM efforts with engineering and design. You will drive roadmaps, manage vendors, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences on time.

You will partner with leadership to translate business priorities into actionable plans, maintain transparency across a fast-moving portfolio, and help scale a category-defining AI company.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of program or project management experience, focused on web/digital programs.
• Deep experience with agile environments, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reporting.
• Familiar with modern PM tools (Linear, Asana, Airtable, JIRA); Linear/Asana preferred.
• Ability to drive multi-workstream programs across engineering, design, brand/creative, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for Harvey's digital experience portfolio from requirements to delivery and retrospective.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across marketing, brand, design, engineering, and creative teams to ensure timely, high-quality web initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, capacity planning, and resource allocation to maximize throughput without sacrificing craft.
• Establish accountability with status reports, dependency tracking, and escalation paths in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with GTM and marketing leadership to translate business priorities into actionable project plans and milestones.
