Qualifications

• 8+ years of Web Development experience with architecture ownership.
• Strong command of React/Next.js and TypeScript with SSR depth.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms (Sanity/Contentful).
• Proven production systems: CI/CD, observability, performance.
• Fluency in data stores and APIs for marketing/GTM systems.
• Mentor engineers and influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the web platform architecture end to end (Next.js, Sanity, APIs).
• Build data foundations and integrations to marketing, analytics, GTM.
• Establish automation, CI/CD, previews, and testing tooling.
• Set observability standards with logging, tracing, and budgets.
• Lead application of AI/ML in web workflows and content ops.
• Collaborate with Security and Infra to harden the platform.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small team.
